Start cultivating more happiness in your life with this restorative class which is comprised of yoga stretches, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. Half yoga - half relaxation, it's a great class for beginners. It's equally wonderful for those who have started meditating and are looking for new ways to open up to greater peace. |
Beginning /Continuing Yoga: (75 mins) |
Join us, learn the basic yoga poses and/or deepen your current practice. You'll gain flexibilty and strength, and find inner balance as you destress. This class is appropriate for newcomers and those who are developing their own practice. This class will be tailored to the participants. |

Beginning Belly Dance: |
Get exercise, improve your flexibility, tone your body and learn belly dance all in a supportive atmosphere. The fundamentals will be taught: isolations and basic dance technique. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a scarf for your hips. |
Beginning Yoga: (75 mins) |
Learn the basic yoga poses. Stretch and strengthen basic muscle groups, release tension and restore the body. |
Building Yoga Basics: (75 mins) |
A class that builds on Intro. to Yoga. Build your strength and flexibility by deepening your postures and holding poses longer. Internalize Sun Salutations. This is a bridge class to Continuing Yoga and should be repeated until you have gained the knowledge and confidence to transition to that level. |
Continuing Yoga: (75 mins) |
A class appropriate for students who have practiced yoga on a regular basis for at least six months. Students should have a solid knowledge of basic poses and be comfortable with sun salutations. Learn new asanas, hold them longer, and experience coming to stillness within! |
Intro. to Yoga: (60 mins) |
This class is for people of all ages and body types who have never taken yoga. Release Stress - Elevate your sprits!

Level 2 and 3 Kripalu Yoga: (75 mins) |
For experienced yoga students who have a regular practice. Deepen your practice through prolonged posture holding. You will discover more about your self as you work through physical, emotional and mental blocks. Experience pranic release of pure posture flow, meditation-in-motion. |
Level 2/2.5 Belly Dance: (75 mins) |
Improve basic movements and learn new ones. For students with prior belly dance instruction who are comfortable with the basic movements and are ready for new challenges. |
Living Lightly Yoga: (60 mins) |
Uplift your mind & elevate your spirits!
We'll explore ancient, proven techniques of yogic movements, breath and relaxation that are known for energizing, and uplifting your spirits.
This class is appropriate for beginners. It offers everyone the potential of living lightly and is especially helpful for people who may be affected by depression, anxiety, or SAD. |

Learn and practice the basic forms of sitting and walking meditation. Experience the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. Discover the bliss and healing energy of guided imagery. |

Pilates helps strengthen the stomach muscles and relieve lower back discomfort. Beginners are welcome.

This class is for those fabulous women, forty and over, who might have been so busy that they may not have taken time for themselves. Let's come together in whatever shape, body type or level of fitness and do some stretches and learn some yoga basics. Join us, gain flexibilty, and increase your energy level. |
Yin Yoga, Mantra, and Meditation: (75 mins) |
Are you overworked, stressed out, or run-down? Explore the rejuvenating effects of Yin Yoga.
Class begins with setting an intention(sankalpa, and then opening the chakras(energy vortexes) by toning their powerful seed sounds.
Then we delve into the power of yin yoga by moving into a series of longer held restorative poses. This sends the prana (life force) into the deeper meridians which stimulates the immune system and rejuvenates the entire body.
To seal our class we move into the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra, which purifies and heals every layer of our being. |
